• Monitor all workers at site to ensure that work getting done as plan and done on time.
• Interact with sales manager for clarification in architectural.
• Follow up the working process at site ensure that works are being carried out as per design/specification/or planning.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Identify and highlight the possible risk of the project.
• Accurately check and make order on construction materials.
• Inspect and control site construction progress work.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report to the site manager and project manager.
• Request, inspect and control construction materials.
• Other tasks assigned by director supervisor.

• Bachelor degree in Civil engineering.
• At least 1 year work experience in construction works.
• Be able to communicate in English.
• Be competent in MS Office, Internet and Email, and AutoCAD.
• Be able to travel to site.
• Be able to solve problems related to site construction.
• Being friendly, strong self-motivated, hardworking and trustworthy.
